Oracle Support and CPU patches for single-use software

Oracle Weblogic 12c


I have a number of developers who have downloaded single-use copies of Oracle Weblogic software to their laptops/desktops. Now their Weblogic installations are being flagged by security with vulnerabilities and requiring CPU patching to stay current.

Does Oracle provide software vulnerability patches to single-use software? When you do download Oracle's single-use software, no CSI is provided so you don't have access to My Oracle Support to retrieve these patches. Are they provides via a different site or page? or not provided at all for single-use versions?
