How to resolve "Employee Not eligible for any Enrollment Group" Auto Enrollment error?

We are using T&L Auto Enrollment. When we terminate an employee in Job Data, we are not able to inactivate the Time Reporter Data (status = inactive).

The Auto Enrollment (Interactive) Reports said that "Employee Not eligible for any Enrollment Group". We have setup an Enrollment Group that would extract the terminated employee but still we are getting the error.

How could we resolve this error? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
