Oracle Project Costing: Can you Upload assets and generate the lines at the same time?

We are using the Create and Assign Assets in Excel functionality to build our Assets. We would like to be able to upload those and have the option to also Generate the Asset Lines. Right now we are uploading the Assets which saves time, but then we have to go into each one and generate the asset lines. We can't generate all asset lines for this group because they build assets each month and then only capitalize a portion of the cost so if we run the generate for all projects we will pick up costs that we don't want
