rapidwiz fails on RW-50010: Error: - script has returned an error: 1

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered ✓

I am running on OL7, db and app tier on separate servers, on premise. I was actually able to make this work once but now I can't get rapidwiz to run successfully as I attempt it again. Trying to do an upgrade of one of our 12.1.3 environment's to 12.2 and referring to https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E26401_01/doc.122/e73540.pdf

1. Start the Rapid Install wizard


So when I try and run rapidwiz and after entering all the information and it passes the Pre-Install checks. Click Next to continue. Rapid Install displays another alert screen asking you to verify that you are ready to begin the installation. Click Yes to continue.
