This KM document announces the end of Support for Siebel Microsoft Drag and Drop (SODD) Add-in starting in May 2023. The capability to drag and drop attachments from Microsoft Outlook to Siebel CRM is now supported natively by all major browsers, so SODD Add-in is no longer required.
