Need to show Forecast in Horizontal/vertical view in ISupplier Collaborative Plan

ASCP, Isupplier Portal and Collaborative Planning

R12 12.2.10

Single instance

Forecast loaded, Data collected and Publish Order/Returns Forecast program has been published the forecast details in the MSC_SUP_DEM_ENTRIES

Also I supplier portal shows the notification

Customer My Company has published new order forecast. Plan: Global_PLN Version: 3

To      CPIS SUPPLIER TEST

Items included in the order forecast are:

CPTESTBPA,CPTESTSTD

But unable to see the forecast in Horizontal or Vertical View. What is missing?

Someone through the light on this would be great help
