Hi All,

Need some help on below request , greatly appreciated for any help as we need this for an internal audit.

we have audit report that captures regular business activities like wise do we have any audit report which captures Configuration changes for example change/created new Import formats/Location etc.. in EPM Cloud Account reconciliation module.
