oracle advanced support gateway installation getting stuck on REACHED TARGET BASIC SYSTEM

ORACLE SERVER X5-2L

ORACLE ADVANCED SUPPORT GATEWAY (OASG) -OS-OL8

  1. HOW DO I GET THE GATEWAY INSTALL PASS THIS STAGE WHERE ITS GETTING STUCK DURING GATEWAY INSTALLATION " REACHED TARGET BASIC SYSTEM"
  2. Where can l find the OASG -OS- OL8 which is compatible with ORACLE SERVER X5-2L

i created a Raid 1 tb , as l am installing OASG -ol6- 14.2.1 .the installation is getting stuck on INSTALLING ORACLE ASR MANAGER -19.4.0-1.noarch (29 MG).how do l resolve this and install the OASG-ol6- 14.2.1 succeffuly on Oracle server x-5-2l.

At first l tried installing the latest version of gatway which OASG ol8- 21.9.1 on oracle server x5-2l
