What are minimal system parameters that are required to install Siebel 21.12+

I have just a question, where I can get info regarding minimal and recommended system/server parameters that are required to install and run Siebel Enterprise.

I have created a PoC environment for Siebel in Oracle Cloud by using the Always Free Account, however when I launch the Siebel gateway the logs contain "Java heap size" error. I'm wondering is it related to unsufficient minimal system parameters?

For Always Free Account the parameters are:

AMD based Compute VMs with 1/8 OCPU and 1GB memory
