Installation of Oracle 19.3.0.0 package on OL 9 fails with linker error

Hello,

I need to migrate an Oracle DB from OL 7.6 -> OL 9

PRETTY_NAME="Oracle Linux Server 9.2"

Running the installer for 19.3.0.0 fails with :

c19 -lasmclnt19 -lgeneric19 -lcore19 -lnnz19 -lnfsodm19 -lcell19 -lskgxp19 -lnls19 -laio -lcommon19  `cat /opt/oracle/product/19.0.0/dbhome_1/lib/sysliblist` -Wl,-rpath,/opt/oracle/product/19.0.0
