We have many requisitions in statuses IN PROCESS and PRE-APPROVED. We need to release the funds.

We used the document "How To Reset a Stuck Purchase Order or Requisition From In Process or Pre-Approved To Incomplete/Requires Reapproval For Isolated Cases (Doc ID 390023.1)"; > Patch 21419380> poresreq.sql; It changes status on INCOMPLETE but does not release the funds.
