How to direct Oracle Reports field hyperlink to _blank target page

We are using the Property Inspector to create a hyperlink on a field in an Oracle Report. The link works, but it fails to open in a new browser tab or window.

I have tried serveral approaches to target the link to _blank like I would in HTML, but I cannot figure out how to accomplish this in the Oracle Reports Property Inspector.
