JDE iPad application - add URL to configuration?

We are pushing out the JDE iPad application and want to know if there is a way to add the URL to the configuration so the users do not need to enter it the first time they open the application.   We are able to push the app out to the iPads from our management software so the user does not need to download it from the Apple Store. We are hoping there is a way to alter the config before sending it out.

 We have JDE Enterprise One, Tools release 9.2.7.3/4.

I put this in Web/Portal Technologies also.
