Organization LOV is blank in sourcing rule in GOP (Fusion)

Hi,

We are trying to define a new sourcing rule for UK1 inventory org to 'Transfer' goods from 'SCO' (Supply Chain Operations) inventory org. But there are not inventory orgs available for selection in the 'Organization' List of Values. See the attached screen shot.

What needs to be done to see the inventory organization values in the LOV?
