Reduced resource capacity reflecting in PWB

We have reduced capacity at a resource and the hope was that we would see this reflected in ASCP in resource availability. Not sure what step we missed. There will be a couple of machines that are going to be physically moved thus unavailable for 8 weeks. Ideally the plan would reflect this. We are an unconstrained plan.
