Siebel application Intermittent issues

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

We have 3 OM marketing,loyality,callcenter in 3 siebel server 3AI nodes.


While marking always works ,however we have intermittent issues with callcenter and loyalty .All the comps are online .There is no major error in siebsrvr comp logs


Callcenter and loyalty url will be loading forever without any results intermittently. Sometime it works.


What could be the reason.?


Here is the AI logs 


trying to re-establish connection with server No error strings. Message DLL not loaded.
