Slow Query and looking for advise/assessing if Oracle is suitable for this kind of load?

Dear experts,

Our Database runs on AWS RDS - Oracle standard edition 19c.( I'll share instance type details). As this application is a kind of Datawarehouse and gets so many requests about performance issues daily. As I started recently looking into it and noticed Tables are huge in size(according to me) and Queriy explain plan showing NESTED LOOPS recursively. I would want to check if there is anything we can do to fasten the query performance please.
