Change the SetID, Business Unit, Institution Code

Products: PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2, HCM 9.2 and FSCM 9.2

Tools version : 8.48

We have recently taken over an educational institution and have renamed the Institution.

The Description has been changed after adding a new effective date row. But the management has directed to change the code as well.

We currently have PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, HCM and FSCM implemented and the change needs to be implemented across all the 3 systems and the integrated systems.

We already looked at the option of reimplementation with the new codes, but its financially not a viable solution.

Has anyone implemented such a change within PeopleSoft? Is there any utility that can help in this context or this has to be done with backend scripts?
