How to get annual leave accrued balance upto a certain day in "Global Absence Plan Duration" formula

We created a formula of type “Global Absence Plan Duration” and applied this formula at Conversion Formula in Absence Plan.

Our Goal is, when accrued balance is less than 1, then 0 days should be deducted from the accrued balance when leave is applied.

ex: Annual leave applied from 1st jan 2023 to 10th jan 2023; accrued balance = 9.23

So, from 1st jan to 9th Jan each day, 1 day will be deducted from the accrued balance.

On 10th Jan, normally 0.23 days will be deducted. But, as per our requirement 0 days should be deducted because accrued balance (0.23) is less than 1.

And the remaining 0.23 days should be left in accrued balance.
