Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. my RMAN backup had "backup optimization on" and skipped the backup of PDB$SEED.

I need to restore the backup to another server and do not have the backup with the PDB$SEED.

I need to restore the backup and skip PDB$SEED
