Several users are receiving an Excel error We found a problem with some content

Users are receiving an Excel error when opening Smartview files, "We found a problem with some content". There are users that are on 11.1.2.5.900 and 23.100. Their colleagues are able to open the file without issues, they are on the same Smartview versions and all are on Office 365 64 bit, there was a user that was on 34 bit and we upgraded her but that did not resolve the issue. We have reinstalled Office 365 and reinstalled Smartview but it didn't resolve the issue. They do not get the error when they open files
