Oracle SBC 3900 | Packet loss causing poor quality calls

Trust you are well.
Kindly advise how to troubleshoot packet loss on the SBC - we can currently see that there are packet drops on the QoS stats but we need to determine where it is happening (network, service provider or on the SBC) and why. Is there a way to check this, I'm not too familiar with wireshark if a pcap needs to be run.
Help in this regard will be much appreciated
