Is there any product of oracle which can help with a process called as digital twin ?

In one of our prospects we have a requirement wherein the client requires a tool to perform a digital twin process.

The tool should be able to perform digital representation of a construction project, that incorporates 3D models, data and documentations. Enables CO-I to create and manage digital representation of buildings and infrastructure projects.
