Interrupted App Engine EX_BD_DEL affecting all historical data?
We ran into an unexpected situation on our PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (image 24) system. On a morning where our Production environment had systems issues (users kicked out due to firewall issues, app server needing a reboot), a user deleted an Expense Report. It triggered EX_BD_DEL - Transaction Budget Revert, which is expected. It stayed stuck in a Processing status for several hours until the user finally cancelled the process. The Expense Report was finally closed, but later on that day, we noticed that the two fields below had been updated to "I" for "In processing" for all Expenses Reports in
