To generate a report for column difference of tables owned by multiple users in two databases ?

How can I generate a report showing column difference between few tables which reside in two databases owned by three users , meaning there is a list of tables exist in both databases under users which are same in other database too. Do I need to create a public database link ? is there any code I can use?
