Absence Management Entitlement Formula Question
We currently use Absence Management for employee entitlements and takes and are on HCM9.2 PUM44 8.59 tools.
We are in negotiations with one of our unions and I am trying to see if the below can be done with an AM entitlement formula. We have entitlement formulas and use system elements to look for Company Seniority Date or Standard Hours so this may be the same.
We are trying to see if we can base the number of hours an employee may get as an entitlement on their union status (i.e. GFO (good faith offer) or Non GFO). This is something the union wants to do. Right now we do track those codes in the Employee Category field of the Job Labor tab in Job Data. I did look at system element options and see EMPL CTG with a name of Category Code. Is this system element referring to that field? If so, would it be safe to assume we could write a formula to front
