Item Number Look-up Voucher Matching

Is there a better way to pull a list of item numbers when processing an invoice with example 100 items within 500+ item receipts inside "Receipts to Match"? I can do a query, but it is so time consuming to enter each item number one at a time. Is there an extension that can let AP upload a list all at once for a search?
