Email is stopped receiving from JDE -SMTP server returned an error

Email is stopped receiving from JDE suddenly. it was working fine now getting following error, we are using office365 smtp server with 25 port in JDE ini file on enterprise server:

SMTP_ParseServerResponse : The SMTP server returned an error

Response from the SMTP server is <451 5.7.3 STARTTLS is required to send mail [AS9P194CA0004.EURP194.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM 2023-08-07T05:24:58.245Z 08DB96916AA97D15]
