Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. P3711 should auto populate the address number of the tester. However, it isn't.

I found Doc ID 979716.1 with details on a bug (10967283) and a fix. However, I'm unable to find the ESU or fix details.
