Setting up ORDS in 19c with ORDS Schema in PDB and Application Schema in CDB containers
Hello There,
We are upgrading from Oracle 11g to Oracle 19c which includes ORDS older version now to be migrated to 23.1.
Oracle Upgrade was done smooth
APEX 23.x and ORDS 23.1 installation successful.
When we create a user/schema within PDB ORDS connects and works.
Would need guidance on the following
- Is it ok to create our ERP application schema as a PDB?
- or if we put ERP application schema in CDB itself is that the right approach?
- in case of point 2, how do we setup ORDS in PDB or CDB and how to enable access in that case?
