How do you load data into PS_RELATIONSHIPS that do not have an EMPLID_RELATED

I have a file of Parents for incoming students that I want to load into PS_RELATIONSHIPS.

I am currently working with an application engine, but we would like to load without giving the incoming Parents an Emplid. Basically a relation on Students record.

What is the best way to accomplish this? I am trying an application engine but struggling with the ADDRESSES.

Any suggestion?
