How to disable an Asset Status

in Enterprise Asset Management - EBS (MOSC) 14 commentsAnswered ✓

In Oracle EBS, Enterprise Asset Management, I would like to disable the Discontinued Asset Status. According to the User Guide and Implementation Guide, I should be able to Navigate to the Update Asset Statuses page (Maintenance Super User > Assets > Asset Statuses) and then be able to Update a status. The Pencil icon to be able to update any of the rows in this list is grayed out. I checked to see if any OAF Personalizations were disabling that and there doesn't seem to be. I have already ensured that there are no assets with this status assigned to
