Can we create another PDB for customize applicaiton on EBS 19c database ?


I want to create another PDB on EBS R12.2 19c database.

As I have found some information below

Oracle E-Business Suite currently supports a single pluggable database (single tenant) with a CDB architecture. 


Can I create another PDB for using another application on same environment?
