SQL Package Library=X (Value of X ?)

Hello,

We are on AR-9.2; TR-9.2.5.6; DB-DB2 (AS400,V7R3M0).

Currently in our system the "DB SYSTEM SETTINGS" the mentioned parameters is set in "SQL Package Library=2" .

So my query is if i change the parameters 2 to 1 i.e. SQL Package Library=1, then what will be effect in the system.

As per the oracle document it has been mentioned that - "If the number is 2, the SQLPkg will be created in QRECOVERY with some extra logic to make sure that UBE and TC work with ALTER TABLE Command properly."...........so what is mean by... "some extra logic to make sure that UBE and TC work with ALTER TABLE Command properly".
