Failed to unzip the given file : /NAS/orapsuauto/19C/230718/GI/35319490/35320081/files/perl.zip

PatchObject::loadActionFile() returns exception


Prereq "checkConflictAgainstOHWithDetail" is not executed.


The details are:

Unable to create Patch Object.

Exception occured : java.lang.RuntimeException: /NAS/orapsuauto/19C/230718/GI/35319490/35320081/etc/config/actions.xml with java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unzip failed


OPatch failed with error code 2



File has all execute able permission along with Oracle ownership
