Fluid Job Details Summary page is showing countries that are not turned on in our system.

We are implementing Fluid Job Data Management and can see several sections in the Job Details Summary page that we shouldn't. We do not use any foreign sections, and nothing is turned on in our installation tables. However, when we go into Job Details Summary, we can see the sections Military and Spain on the work location section. In Labor Information section we see Belgium and India. Does anyone know how to remove these sections?
