Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello ,

We upgraded our databases from 11g to 19c on ODA last year. We also upgraded APEX from 4.2 on 11g to 22.2 on 19.14 .

After this upgrade, the charts are displaying differently. Generally our charts display measurement data and the baseline.

The new version of APEX still has a Chart type region with same basic chart settings. The issue we have with the conversion is:

The old version has all the chart data points (several series of data) all under “Series 1”). For some reason the old version could parse out all the data points correctly but the new version cannot.
Various properties on the Chart region (Title, Legend, X/Y axis names, scale format) were all held in an XML section on the old version. In the new version that XML section is gone and all settings are in the GUI of the Chart region.
