Fluid JOB drop zone not working with 1 custom field

I have 1 custom field that is on PS_JOB. I have tried creating a drop zone and get several errors about the Derived_HR.PriorEffdt not existing. I've tried adding the drop zone to the salary and comp page and also on it's own stand alone page and still get the same error. I have reviewed the Job Data Technical Red paper and followed the instruction, but still having issues. Any guidance would be appreciated.
