For project/award, how to determine which task can be reduced/increased

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

User have to move funds around on different tasks of project award.

User was not able to reduce on task 39.01 verses system let them reduce on task 1.01, how do one know which task to add/reduce amount, when there's balance left?

Is there any table, condition that provides details. any pointers are helpful.
