Trigger OffBoarding Process

in Human Resources and ELM - PSFT (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

My understanding is OffBoarding is triggered when we terminate the employee, i.e. JOB.HR_STATUS = "I". For our company, once the employees are terminated, their accounts are either disabled or deleted. Is there a way to enable the Off Boarding process before we terminated the employee?
