Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I want as a admin to get token of other fusion users to be used in "REST API for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM"

the purpose of this is to call the Absence web res api /hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/absences on behalf of other users.

Note : the SSO not configured
