Can we take license of GoldenGate (for Replication) for Oracle Database Standard Edition 2

Dear All,

Hope all are doing good.

My query is that Oracle has DE supported Advanced Replication from 12.2.

Now as per study i have found that if you want to use Replication then use Oracle GoldenGate with License. My question is that can we use Oracle GoldenGate for Oracle Standard Edition 2 as we have purchased license for Oracle Standard Edition 2.

Also wanted to know that is there other options as Replication to achieve following goals ? and in which Oracle Version Edition is Available?

1) Data Synchronization from Primary to Secondary and Secondary to Primary

2) Active-Active i.e. Primary and Secondary Database must be accessible at a time
