Add Custom function in Settings(Gear) option on EBS Home page

Hi,

Is there any way to add custom function entry in Settings(Gear) option on EBS Home page along with Personalize page, Preferences, Diagnostics, Manage Proxies and Access Requests? Right now we are on EBS R12.2.8 Application.

Any suggestions on this please?
