Primavera (MOSC)

P6 Web crashes when opening a project. When I check the logs I receive the following errors:

in Primavera (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Primavera P6 EPPM 18.8.20

These are the 3 errors:

1st error: SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Socket read timed out

Caused by: oracle.net.nt.TimeoutInterruptHandler$IOReadTimeoutException: Socket read timed out

2nd error: com.primavera.infr.db.ConnectionRecycledException: Connection has been recycled. Database XXXXXXXX Pool PMR

3rd error: com.primavera.bo.remoting.RemoteDataException: Unable to load data for activities

     at com.primavera.lwfsupport.activities.ActivitiesLWFDataLoader.load(ActivitiesLWFDataLoader.java:771)


P6 PRO opens the project with no issues. This only happens in P6 web.

I would think it may be a setting. Has anyone encountered this type of issue? Any ideas of how to resolve it?
