Has anyone encountered the element FIT ARR?

Hi,

We are on EBS 12.2.9. We have an part time employee who requested additional tax withholding from their earnings. However, the employee did not work enough hours to cover the additional withholding request. When costing was processed, the amount that was requested but not withheld is transferring as FIT ARR. I am not finding any information on this element.
