How to rekey from old TDE PKI keys to newer, 23c compatible TDE keys?

in Database Security Products (MOSC) Question

We are using OSEE 19.20 and have been using the older TDE PKI keys for a while. I read that in 23c the old PKI keys are desupported. I am looking for a document that walks me through rekeying with the newer TDE keys (of which I know nothing about), and have yet to find such a document. Any ideas/help that one of you can offer?
