Can the APEX subscription signature be amended or a template applied?

Version: 21.2.8
Hi all,
When a subscription is setup in APEX a default message is sent out in the emails which we would like to change. Is there a way to do this?
This is the message we currently have:
You are receiving this email from Interactive report subscription created by XXXXX.
If you no longer wish to receive emails, please click unsubscribe to manage your subscription.
