Commission being applied to incorrect salesman not set up for a customer

We are on JDE 9.1

We have commissions set up using advanced preference 21.

For a particular customer the system has assigned the commission to a salesman that is not set up in their preference schedule, there is only one set up. Have checked all the setup (schedule, detail, preference, constants etc.) and there does not seem to be anything missing or extra.

When the system assigns the incorrect salesman it does it in the F42160, f42005, and F03B11 but not the F42150.

Any ideas on where else to look?
