Create Accounting Cost Management Performance

Oracle eBS upgrade project 12.2.12

Create Accounting Cost Managment performance is slow. It is not spawning the Accounting Program as fast as it did in 12.1.3. In the log it seems to be hung up between "Ready to Enqueue documents in the queue" and "Spawning Unit Processors"....

14-AUG-2023 15:34:14 - Ready to Enqueue documents in the queue

14-AUG-2023 17:37:57 - Enqueueing completed

Any advice on what to look at? SR has been logged but don't think it's Create Accounting but maybe a setup or configuration to look at?
