P4205 Country of Origin Conflict Error

We are using JDE 9.2.7.2

We are using WMS along with a mobile scanner while doing ship confirms. We are calling standard JDE programs and business functions as well.

On occasion we will get a "Country of Origin Conflict" error. After researching this, we found that if the lots for the items on the SO CoO do not match then we get this error. We have tested this and can recreate it. When I change the CoO in the lot master to equal each other we have no issues.

My question; is there a processing option that could be causing this? I looked at P4205 processing options and do not see anything that really relates to CoO. When we do this transaction from a scanner we are calling the JDE P4205 version.
